Real Story Group provided us with new data analysis to illuminate the differences between levels of customer support, professional services and technical modernity.
In this research, it became clear that the most innovative solutions are increasingly coming from Europe. The European DAM vendors are more focused on expanding their solutions beyond DAM, developing cloud and marketing content hubs. This means that European DAM solutions are ahead in terms of the speed of technical development.
When it comes to global customer support, North American vendors are taking the lead due to their longer track record. However, they are only slightly above average, while European vendors are just below average. Get access to the data here.
