More than a product

We know that user-centricity demands a holistic view of where and how design and usability can make a difference for a customer. The combination of empathy, business and process understanding, and data, is the foundation of how we design and develop products at Digizuite.

Innovation through relationships and empathy

We value relationships with our users as it helps us understand their point of view. Through good relations built on trust, customer-centric teamwork and collaboration along with a non-selling approach, we have developed an engaging UX, feature and test program that will help us innovate even better.

The customer test program consists of a dedicated panel of passionate users from different industries – these users are our key contributors. They reflect the various roles and a variety of use cases of Digizuite products.

During meetings with our customers, we provide them with the newest DAM knowledge, inspiring innovative use case scenarios, and an opportunity for them to influence the Digizuite product roadmap.

Elements in the Digizuite UX and feature development test program:

  • User experience questionnaire and scorecard: A 7-point rating system with an option to add additional comments.

  • ‘Thinking out loud’ tests where users are asked to say whatever they feel and think while using and discovering new features – all recorded on audio and/or camera.

  • Interviews – an open discussion about their needs, pains, and desires.

  • Internal and external prototype tests – online and on-premise.

  • Surveys about the product user experience.

How do we process insights and data?

We start an iterative process based on the collected video/audio materials, feature ratings and supportive notes in order to transform requests and ideas into tangible improvements and new features.

This process funnels down key areas of further development for Digizuite’s platform.

While in this iteration, we reach out to our users asking for feedback on specific product and design solutions. We collaboratively converge features into the best user experience possible.

How can you contribute as a customer?

Our vision is to become a world-class leader in innovation methods, practices, and education to unlock business value for our customers. We invite all Digizuite customers that use our platform on a daily or weekly basis to reach out and collaborate with us.

We will continue to expand our user development test program - hopefully adding more passionate users this year.
